How It Works
Working with Surface Print Robotics is simple. Whether it’s a wall in your home or a full commercial space, we follow a clear step-by-step process.
Step 1 – Free Consultation
You send us photos, measurements, and a short description of your project.
We discuss:
- What surface you want to print on
- Indoor or outdoor
- Your design idea (logo, photo, pattern, text, etc.)
- Timeline and budget
After that, we give you an estimated price range.
Step 2 – Design & Preparation
You can:
- Send us your own design
- Choose from our design library
- Or ask us to help create a custom design
Step 3 – Site Visit & Surface Check
Before printing, we check:
- Wall/floor material (painted wall, concrete, tile, metal, glass, etc.)
- Flatness of the surface
- Access and space for the machine
- Power outlet availability
If needed, we may recommend light preparation (cleaning, small repairs, or a fresh coat of base paint).
Step 4 – Printing Day
Our robotic printer is set up in front of your wall or over your floor area.
- We protect surrounding areas with masking and coverings.
- The printer moves vertically or horizontally and sprays UV ink layer by layer.
- A built-in UV light instantly cures the ink as we print.
Most small to medium-sized walls are completed in a few hours.
Step 5 – Final Check & Handover
After printing:
- We inspect the image with you.
- We clean the area and remove all coverings.
- We explain basic care and cleaning instructions.
Your wall or floor is ready to impress right away.
